Thermalis® hyperthermal water comes from one of the deepest wells of the Euganean Thermal Basin®. The latter, together with Abano Terme, are considered the most important and oldest thermal spa in Europe. The Euganean thermal waters come from the meteoric precipitations of the Little Dolomites massif. This precipitation penetrates to a depth of 3-4 km – exceeding even 170°C due to the geothermal gradient (rate of temperature increase in the subsoil as one moves away from the surface) – and becomes mineralized.
